-these statements are correct to the best of my knowledge and are made for the purpose of obtaining financing from RumTec Solutions LLC
-I authorize RumTec Solutions LLC to conduct a comprehensive review of credit history including but not limited to consumer credit reports. 
-I authorize any individual, company, firm, corporation, or public agency to divulge any and all information, verbal or written, to RumTec Solutions LLC pertaining to the purpose of obtaining financing
